Directions to Sites

    (Urban Birds)

  1. Lihu`e
    From Lihu`e Airport, take Ahukini Road West into Lihu`e Town. The Town center is at the junction of Rice Street and Kuhio Highway (56).
     
  2. Koloa
    From Lihu`e, take Kaumuali`i Highway (50) West 6.8 miles to Maluhia Road (520), turn left, proceed makai into Koloa Town (and Old Koloa Town).
     
  3. Princeville
    From Lihu`e, take Kuhio Highway (56) North and West past Kilauea Town, Kalihiwai, Princeville Airport (on the left). Turn right before the hairpin turn into Princeville Resort (2 entrances).
     
  4. Kukiolono Park
    From Lihu`e, drive west on Kaumuali`i Highway past the towns of Puhi and Lawai to Kalaheo Town (about 20 miles). Turn left past Post Office and Shopping Center, South on Pu`u Road; look for signs of Kukiolono Park.
